Before beginning any therapeutic work, I believe it is essential to have an initial discussion. This free, no-obligation phone call is a chance for you to share what has brought you to seek therapy, for me to understand it in the context of your life, and for us both to see if we feel we could work well together. It's the foundation for a trusting and effective therapeutic relationship.

Our Collaborative Framework

If we decide to start therapy, we will agree on a clear working framework to ensure safety and clarity. This includes our commitment to confidentiality, how we can contact each other outside of sessions, session timing, fees, and cancellation procedures. I view therapy as an ongoing, collaborative process. In open-ended work, we will regularly check in together: How is the process feeling? Are we moving towards your goals? This ensures our work remains aligned with your evolving needs.

  • Initial Consultation: Free of charge, via phone.
  • Therapy Sessions: 50-minute sessions for individuals, conducted online via Zoom or WhatsApp. A sliding scale fee of £50 to £70 per session applies.
  • Supervision Sessions: Available for trainees and qualified professionals. Please enquire for details.
  • Psychological Reports: Fees vary based on the scope and time required for assessment and writing.
