I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with broad experience supporting adults and older teenagers through a wide range of mental health difficulties. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with over 25 years of experience across private practice and the NHS. I adhere to the strict ethical codes of the BPS and HCPC. My background includes specialized roles in treating long-term health conditions and trauma. This extensive clinical experience allows me to offer warm, collaborative, and scientifically-grounded therapy tailored to your unique story and goals.
