Developing a strong sense of well-being and resilience to the inevitable challenges in life, so that gains are maintained, often requires looking at difficulties from more than one angle. I can draw on the distinct strengths of different approaches, all of which have a strong foundation in research —like the structured focus of CBT, the emotional depth of Psychodynamic therapy, or the cultivation of present-moment awareness of the Mindfulness-based therapies—and weave them together into a coherent treatment strategy.
